Just about every day a new allegation surfaces about some ‘inappropriate’ behaviour involving either someone that’s all ready been named or a new celeb.

It’s almkst gotten ridiculous now , so what’s the story with Aled Jones do we think ?

We’re living in a strange world where mild flirtation (a text sent 10 years ago in this case) is classed as sexual harassment.

If only we had a state owned broadcaster who could publish the story. Then- and only then- could we actually be able to find out the truth.

Singer Aled Jones has said he is "deeply sorry" for any upset caused after allegations about his behaviour, but denied any "inappropriate contact".

Responding to newspaper claims of inappropriate "messages", his spokesman said the Songs of Praise star accepted his behaviour more than a decade ago had been "occasionally juvenile".

The spokesman said he had "voluntarily agreed not to go on the BBC whilst the matter is investigated".

The BBC is not commenting on the story.

Mr Jones's spokesman added that the allegations from a single female complainant of inappropriate messages and contact, reported in the Sun, did not relate to any broadcast work, and related to a matter more than 10 years ago.

It's all getting a bit tedious now. Seriously, I'm starting to worry ... some time maybe 10-15 years ago, I can't remember exactly when, I have a hazy recollection of telling a female colleague that she had nice legs.
