I'm after a little advice. On Black Friday I ordered some make up stuff from the Morphe UK website for my fiancées Christmas present. I received a confirmation email of the order and since then nothing, despite a promise of up to date shipping information and delivery within 2-3. I paid via PayPal linked to my debit card. They haven't returned my emails and there isn't a UK number... I'm not sure if I should contact PayPal, or my bank.. Quite frustrating as it was a fair bit of money, and looking at their social media page I'm in the same boat as a lot of people. I have never had an issue like this in 15 years of buying items online!

I’d speak with PayPal as they’re the transaction merchant.

I’ve had similar recently with a trader in China - however thankfully I paid on CC direct and the CC company has revoked the payment - still haven’t heard from the trader though!

Check their Twitter account, if the same company?
There's a contact number, one of the the tweets states - "We're experiencing some unexpected shipping delays. We are working around the clock to make sure all orders are sent out ASAP. We appreciate your patience."

Thanks, I couldn't see that on there though? I don't have a Twitter account however. I'll have another look.

If not, i'd raise a complaint with Paypal.

I was ripped off at the start of this year, wanted to buy an illuminated sign for my wee garden bar and found a great looking website that seemed to fit.

Ordered the sign and once it went past the original delivery date I contacted the seller and got some excuse. Another month, more excuses then finally no further contact so I raised a complaint with Paypal.

He had so many days to respond and failed to do so which meant I got a full refund.

I don't have an account either, long deleted. Think it depends on a browser/OS, as minimum tweets are displayed on a PC. Different story on iPain device though, and I took a screenshot. But I'm no technical whizz.
