I have drank three pints of water so far and am currently psyching myself up to get out of bed and hopefully brush my teeth maybe. Went drinking on an empty stomach and the kebab at the end doesn’t seem to have done the job. It’s Christmas Day II today, i’m expected at my Dad’s in two hours. Woe is me.

Salt and sugar. A bacon sandwich and a large glass of orange juice should help. If your stomach is ultra sensitive try eating bananas first.

I’ve had flu since Christmas Day. I’ve left the house exactly once.

Our fridge and freezer are stuffed with unconsumed booze and food.

You’ll feel better in about 4 hours. I’m concerned I might have a secondary lung infection.

I’ll swap.

Dioralyte rehydration stuff from the chemists, normally taken when you have a bad case of the sts.

As others have said, bacon and egg McMuffins. Couple of painkillers.

All the above will help but only marginally, I think it sounds like it's going to be a tough day, good luck!

Grease will be either kill or cure. If it doesn't bounce, you'll feel a lot better.

Brushed teeth and tongue without vomiting.

Wasn’t expecting this thread to generate any meaningful advice nor sympathy, fully expected with this being PH to receive a lecture on my white male middle class 28 year old privilege, how my shameless self pity at my self inflicted situation betrays a complete lack of perspective and world view and/or “man up”.

Of course all of this is just me procrastinating over the impending challenge of a single slice of buttered toast. There’s no bacon or coke in the house and orange juice always makes me feel worse, think it’s the acidity.

Depending on how heavy the session was driving shouldn’t be allowed...

That aside I find the following good options
1. Get back on it straight away and ease yourself off over 2-3 days then you’ll come away with zero hangover.
2. Hot shower first mouth wash and really good teeth brushing.
3. Curry for breakfast - I find that curry REALLY makes a difference.
4. Masterbation / sends hormones to the brain which for a period clears the head sadly moments after ejeculation it comes back.
5. Banana x3.
6. Nureophen express
7. Move booze always works.

A nice cold pint of beer should do it.

The slave cylinder on my 525i exploded the other day so a complete lack of clutch fluid has seen to it that I won’t drive.

Sadly none of the suggested foods are available.

Why do I need another st

Ginskey is the answer

2x Gin
2x Single malt
Pour both into the same glass
Skull the drink.

Feel better.
