No idea. on a holiday was told they would be losing money so cant match it.The quote for exactly the same holiday was £400 more yet they say they can price match and beat a competitors quote

Offered a 30day price match on "identical" product.
The competitor from SAS carpets "wasn't exactly the same", so excluded. When they dropped their own prices 2 weeks later by 50%! They wouldn't honour it as it was only for competitors not themselves. 
Never going to use them again, and nor will anyone I told. Its so short sighted! Bunch of

What griped is that even PCWorld will honour their own prices (they reduced a pc I bought years ago a week after purchase) So fair play to them will use them. I believe John Lewis are the same/
Have to say though in the cycling world Evans, Wiggle and a lot of the smaller retailers will price match if you bring proof with you. So it's probably just a few chain retailers who are thick and feel they can never follow through on their policy without redress.

If you are going to match the price I will go and buy it from there and not have to go through any hoops thank you very much.
