I think it's good idea for kids or if you're dropping off a load of cash to pay off kidnappers.

seems like another way to lay blame for those who cant be bothered to look after whats theirs and is precious to them - plus airlines are starting to ban tracked luggage so in terms of using this for hold baggage - its a no-go I would say

We’ll soon have a generation of kids who will never have known freedom. Their parents will be tracking their every move via their phones, or via gadgets like this.
