Just a bit of fun but I was wondering at what point in history would they have become a minor inconvenience.

I’m thinking WW1 onwards we’d have been able to annihilate them easily with the weapons we had.
But maybe before we had reasonable streets they’d have been useless anyway and just a trebuchet with some large rocks would have sorted the metal gits out.

From using a supermarket trolley on even the smoothest surface I realise they’re not a superior being despite trotting out that line many a time while waving their wisk around.

A moat would probably be all you need, or a bit of flooding, even a gravel drive thwart them. My dad dug a haha just in case.

In an early episode didn't the good Dr just sneak up behind them and throw a jacket over their bonces? Weeping angels are the ones you want to worry about.

That's why you should always live in an upstairs flat with no lift.

It depends if they've always been able to fly but they were keeping quiet about it until 1988.

According to a work colleague there are different 'Marks' such as a Mark1, Mark2 etc.
Apparently there is even a black one, so they are all for diversity....

I asked what the differences are, and if a Mk1 wanted to get in on with a Mk3 would that work? or is the plunger incompatible in some way?
Went right over his head and he told me they are created and don't reproduce, which is ironic because he is very similar.

I try not to talk to him about these things now.

One Dalek can power a whole town. There was an illustration in my Dr Who album in about 1965 of a Dalek with cables running from beneath its skirts over a hill to a distant but brightly lit town. So it must be true.

There's one living quietly in Barry in South Wales, hiding in plain sight. I don't know his name. We haven't been introduced.
