Had an accident at work today the details of which certainly won't appear in any accident book.
Was in an occupied property checking a kitchen wall for rising damp. Had accessed bare stonework by opening the panel at the back of the sink unit.
Whilst head first under the sink the tenant's dog, a big boisterous bugger of a German Shepherd decided to have a sniff at my botty.
This wasn't a gentle action. b
d dog practically rammed his nose into full on sexual assault territory.
I got such a shock I jumped and rattled my head off the top of the door frame. Head is bruised, grazed and has a long straight 1cm thick lump about 7cm long.
As days at work go I've had better. Colleagues have had a laugh and am taking a "these things happen" view of the affair.
Thought I'd share in the hope it puts a smile on a face or two.

A similar thing happened to "a friend" many moons ago when he was on his first night together with a new girlfriend, but without the protection of undercrackers or trousers from the cold wet nose....
I do wonder though, if a dogs sense of smell is so good, why does it have to stick its nose so close for a sniff?

I have a 'friend' who met the same fate I do wonder though, if a dogs sense of smell is so good, why does it have to stick its nose so close for a sniff?
