What's he talking about?
You have been here long enough to know about ‘the game’ surely. I sometimes realise I have played ‘the game’ and think I should post it on here to let others know.
All seems a bit crap and cliquey to me.

I’ve been here a while now and have no idea what he’s on about. So far as I can see someone mentions ‘The Game’ then a lot of people seem to get agitated by it. Whenever anyone asks WTF it’s all about, a series of posts appear quoting things like Fight Club with internet versions of nods and winks.

There are three commonly reported rules to The Game:[1][2][3][4]All seems a bit crap and cliquey to me.
Everyone in the world is playing The Game. (Sometimes narrowed to: "Everybody in the world who knows about The Game is playing The Game", or alternatively, "You are always playing The Game.") A person cannot choose to not play The Game; it does not require consent to play and one can never stop playing.
Whenever one thinks about The Game, one loses.
Losses must be announced. This can be verbally, with a phrase such as "I just lost The Game", or in any other way: for example, via Facebook. Some people may have signals or expressions that remind others of The Game.
