eBay question - seller location

When looking at the full list of items a seller has for sale, it suggests item is 'From United Kingdom' - see screenshot below:



But in the item listing itself under 'Business seller information'and in business details, there is a foreign address, in the Middle East.

My question is....is seller based abroad, but item is being shipped from UK? If not, is seller manually over-riding their Middle East location to display a UK one?

Generally look at the shipping/delivery times and whether they say local import taxes aren't their problem.

In this case, looking at feedback, quite a few state the packaging was Amazon,so looks like they're buying through Amazon and adding a little bit on...so yes will be shipped from UK but from Amazon or Amazon Marketplace, and your ebay seller is buying off someone else on Amazon.
