Not allowed to my best friends wedding
Discussion
Well the story goes me and my friend went with two sisters. We had both proposed to them and were due to get married later this year. I cheated on my fiancé and she found out through a friend. I admitted I did it and that I felt no remorse as we’d lost the sparkle.
Fast forward to now and my mate has informed me I cannot be at the wedding as his future wives family don’t want me there. Im gutted but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to wangle an invite. I don’t want to put my friend under pressure but don’t want to miss this.
Anything I can try ?

Strap in lad - this’ll get bumpy
If you’d have fessed up yourself without being cornered and acknowledged it was wrong but, the truth is we’ve lost something - maybe, maybe your position would have been salvageable
But you were caught and not remorseful.
Your negotiating position is spectacularly weak.

You’re not great at thinking are you?
You have no ones interest at heart but your own - you know this will create bother for your mate, but rather than spare him that you want to emotionally black mail an invite out of him ‘as you really want to be there’ presumably because you think it makes you look loyal to him in the eyes of others

All I want is to go to the wedding and for us all to put this behind us. It’s been a cloud hanging over the family for quite a while. I wasn’t remorseful no but I do kind of wish I had thought things through.
I know I only have myself to blame and I do not wish to spoil their day but on the flip side I am his best friend and I know he wants me there.

ked over a member of their family and they don't want you there in case you spoil something else for them.
