There's a football lounge on here if you wish to discuss that, which i especially don't, hence there being a separate thread set up in the first place for it.

Check the OPs posting history & you'll see lots of 'thread starters'. Many of which get moved by the mods.

Oh yes...

The Parliamentary expenses scandal of 2009.

Whilst the thumbscrews were being tightened on public services, austerity was cutting harder and deeper all the Pigs in the public sector kept their snouts very firmly in the trough helping themselves to porn films and duck houses.

Sadiq Khan.

He's currently in America at the SXSW conference, talking about how tech companies should do more to help society be a nicer place.

Don't forget he's the Mayor of London, not the Prime Minister, so exactly what he has to do about society in general is a bit unclear especially to those of us outside of the big smoke. That might be more down to his position though as Boris Johnson also liked to speak like he was a weather vane for importance.

That said, Khan also said he'd refuse to go to America as he didn't agree with Trump. So that's one of his stances he's already back tracked on. And don't forget that his trip will be expenses paid, when the families of Grenfell are still in emergency housing nearly a year down the line.

Also, Mitch Winehouse. The most useless bloke on the planet.

He's also there to try to get them to move to London... As the mayor of London, that's kind of his job.

However the Daily Mail doesn't report that because it kind of makes it look like he's doing his job.

The biggest public fraud, has to be the likes of the Daily Mail, Sun, et al. that print absurdities.

I wouldn't know what the Daily Fail and The S*n print, I don't read them. I got that story from The Register as it was about tech.

But that said, he's been deafeningly quiet about the Grenfell victims. And sauntering to America isn't really a great thing to do is it?

Buckinghamshire County Council - Rates have just increased 5.8%! That's quite an increase per month! I wouldn't normally mind, but I'm not entirely sure Bucks residents really benefit from the cash in the pot. Other than waste collections, the road surfaces are horrendous!

Surely keeping with the sport theme Lance Armstrong has to be the worst?

Makes Mourinho look truly moral.

No he hasn't, he's been very outspoken in his support for them. But then you wouldn't know that as I doubt it's covered by The Register.

Corbyn.

He's a man of principles - absolutely. But he's currently hiding them in a bid to be PM.

Christ, it's hard to have a discussion when you've got Sadiq's press officer on the forum along with his lap dog.
