Genuinely a hard question to answer imo, if not impossible.

I the meantime, what I will say is that there's a big difference between simply attractive people, of which there are many, and those with barely believable levels of attractiveness *and* that charismatic X-factor that Gameface alludes to.

As a package, that's rare, imo.
