This was advertised to me earlier on Facebook. It's a catalogue for three or four auctions shortly to be held in the states. Some of the stuff they have listed is incredible. The Death Star, C3PO, The Devil's Tower, The Terminator 2 motorbike, Herbie, A Gremlin... There's just tonnes of stuff. This is a link to a very hefty and difficult to negotiate PDF, but the listings are from the days of Silent Movies to the 90s.

Is your dream object there? If not - what would your ideal lot be....

In short....

What would you buy?

Ooh, yes please!

I would love to buy the big white W and erect it in a certain person's front driveway entrance next to a big white "Anchor" symbol.

Just for fun and because he's worth it. smile

Took an age to download but there's some awesome stuff there. Page 197 for the star wars stuff. $250k for the death star is insanely cheap, I reckon it'll go for double that. Star trek and alien stuff a little further on (p214).

Lot 857 looks good - Alien suit ($30k-$50k)

I wouldn’t mind that cut away bus front from Speed. That would look good in my office reception area.

Bet it costs as much to ship as it would to buy.

There are some great items in there, although some of them aren't 'original'.

Probably why it is cheaper(er).

Some cool stuff there, so difficult to pick one thing.

Quite like the original syringe from Pulp Fiction heroin scene, only at $500 estimate too, so quite affordable for a nice talking point.

Amazing things there.

Deckard's gun from Blade Runner would probably be my "one thing".

...or the mask from The Mask.

...or John Belushi's hat from The Blues Brothers

...or... ?

The Shawshank Redemption clothing and the Michael Jackson hat will surely easily sell for more than the prices shown.
