Help with creating a simple bar runner image please

[K77 CTR]

I am computer illiterate when it comes to paintshop or something similar and desperately need someones help to create an image that I reckon will take two seconds for those that know how to use the correct software.

I need this image on a black background, its for a bar runner for the bar in Turkey and needs to have the words Hakuna Matata written on it. Anybody willing to help me please

Invoice is in the post
