Don’t need to reveal why and I’m not being judgemental, how many of your previous partners numbers are in your phone?

One. Clean breakup after only a few months about a decade ago. Maybe send her a facebook/youtube link/vice versa once a year if I see something that might be her thing.

Deleted anyone more messy in case of drunk texting.

Agree! Drunk texting is a risk that needs to be avoided!

This!

Delete all numbers, emails, etc. That said, I only recently shredded all of my old letters - exes, friends, etc - since childhood. I still have photos of exes, not because of any lingering affection, but as part of my past i.e. holiday snaps.

More people would lead happier lives if they followed Else's example.

None, but 'drunk texting' isn't such a worry for me.

It's in my nature to keep things 'clean and tidy' so whilst I use FB, I wouldn't suddenly remember that I've got an old GF from 15 years ago as a 'friend', also today was my Daughters last day in School Nursery, she's not going to be joining her classmates in Reception (more's the pity) so I removed myself from the class FB group at about the time she left today, which I'll admit is pretty weird.

I've only got about 50 contacts in my phone, and it's a combined work / private mobile, I can at least live with people who are no longer part of my life in there, but they won't be transferred onto my next phone.

God, reading that back, it makes me sound very odd - but it's just the way I am.

One, but only because she's mother of my daughter.

Life is for moving forwards, not living in the past.

So you can ID them if they’re calling you.

Or you’ve not bothered to delete them

Or just because you’re sentimental.

That’s why I’ve still got some. hehe

2.

1. Was a very amicable split because she moved country (mainly due to family).
2. Is in there because she's a blocked contact (psycho hose beast).

I've never drunk texted in my life. If I'm that shlammered that I'll think of texting an ex... I'm usually too drunk to work the phone.

I need to clear my phone book out but I generally keep all numbers possible and if I want nothing to do with them block them so they cant contact me.

Maybe you still have photos in a locket or scented love letters and saucy telegrams instead? hehe
