Good waterproof coat for commuting...

I need a new coat for commuting that needs to be waterproof but not too warm. I walk a mile each way to the station and it’s long enough to get pretty damn cozy! I usually wear ski coats due to the vents but there must be better coats for the job?

Budget of around £200-£300.

Any recommendations?
