There has recently been a so called scandal involving the Ingham family vloggers
Basically it's the father having been involved in trying to meet up with so called vulnerable type girls whilst on holiday.
One minute the Ingham family were celebrating their hitting one million subscribers. A few days later this scandal broke and the father is being called anything from creepy to a nonce.

Along the way other so called family vloggers seem to have done their own video's airing their views on the Inghams. And that in turn has raised their profiles.
To be fair I initially found the whole concept amusing but now I think its more than that. It seems that these vloggers have tapped into a certain age bracket the 9-14 year olds. Its almost as if they offer them a surrogate family of some sort.
It must be an age thing I just don't get it. Yet its like a car crash
