Hi,
can anyone tell me where you can buy decent basketball shoes these days? Most 'sports' stores only seem to stock fashion trainers these days.

cheers

Footlocker. Nike online. Where are you? There's a decent shop in the Bullring in Brum that has a dedicated basketball section at the back.

Nike.uk tend to be my go-to for basketball/mid top shoes. The other major brands don't tend to do all that much - and I have yet to find a pair I like out of those that do.

There is a Nike store at East Mids designer outlet.

What do you want to get out of them? Just want a decent pair to play basketball in? Go to Sports Direct.

Something more fashionable eg. Jordans, LeBrons, Air Force Ones? Footlocker, Nike factory stores

The LeBron's from last season looked pretty good to play in.

Though for me, Jordan 13's were the most comfortable shoe I've ever played in.

Thing is about 'top of the range' basketball shoes now-a-days, they're like £160+!

I know and I (the OH) can't justify £160 to play once a week in!

I'm wearing Jordan 10 Retros today. I touched a basketball once. I think I was 14. Memories.
