I would go with "I received an item that does not match the seller's description", as you did get an item delivered.

I'm currently going through the dispute process. I'll let you know how I get on.
I bought a TV box from UK based seller and it's come with a US power supply
The seller claims that it says US plug in the description when it clearly doesn't.
Their "proof" was to email the description having added "US Plug". It's simply not in the description in the ad.
They offer a 30 day return policy, which I've triggered, and they have ignored.

So is the TV a UK TV but he's included a US plug? Or is it a US TV (would it run at 110v?) so can't be used with a UK plug?I bought a TV box from UK based seller and it's come with a US power supply

Supplier simply replied that it states US Plug in the description, when it clearly doesn't.
