Per title... Where does all the internal body organs go (the ones that aren't donated to science oe organ donors) after the mortician removes them. And what do they do with them? Burn them? Like the bags of human lard/fat sucked out during liposuction procedures.
After a post mortem, the technician will place the body parts back into the abdomen and sew the body up again so the body is complete again and ready for the funeral. No personal experience, but a friend who was in the police told me as cadets they were all taken to the local morgue to see what goes on, and the word is everything goes back inside the cavity and is sewn up again. How this came out was he was still reeling from the shock that if they take the brain out it gets stuffed back in the body cavity too. I guess trying to stuff a squishy thing back into the skull so they could get the 'lid' back on is too tricky,

Plastic bag never mentioned...but maybe some cops or morticians can advise on that one.

And yet he hospital wouldn't let me keep the titanium rod they replaced in my leg... They had to melt it down/clinical waste it. All because someone previously had sued the hospital for an infected cut they got from their own one at home.

For dead bodies, the organs are shoved back in the body. Implants are removed, they don't cremate well and pacemakers explode in the crematorium oven.

No better way to increase the happiness of the feline by allowing them to solemnly chew on ones own innards after surgical removal.
The surgeon jovially explained it wasn't a possibility and chuckled at my request.

Exactly this, the bag is normally just a clear plastic bag.The missus is a CSI and often does the photography for post mortems a couple of times a month.
