Photoshop help

I wondered if anyone who is kind enough could could put a reindeer nose on my Canine Partner for me?
A bit of background if you’ve not seen my thread in all creatures..
Mary is my new Canine Partner and she is very sensitive to having things put on her. She soon relaxes but it’s a bit cruel to subject her to a reindeer nose when it stresses her.
My trainer, Clare, and me had a running gag where I wasn’t going to put reindeer antlers on her (the dog!) and I wanted to.
It be funny to send her a Christmas card along the lines of “Mary Christmas” with a picture of her on it.
