Is there a program that does this, or must hyou have super dooper colour recognition on assessing what shades the B+W pics actually are

I may be a youngster as far as these images are concerned (being 36) but part of the charm, mystiere allure, love of these is the mono/sepia tones and when they are coloured they just lose it IMHO

oh....and she looks like filth!
