Had some ready made frameless glasses made by Cross, the optician adjusted them and cracked the glass. They replaced them good as gold.

I wanted to do this a couple of years ago. Two suppliers - one online and t'other a supermarket - had small print which said it was my risk if the frame cracked or otherwise failed to work as intended. Some plastics get brittle with age, apparently.

Hmm they are saying its my fault even though she spent 30+ minutes trying to force them in with repeated heatings etc they never made me aware it was my risk and apparently i paid more to make it my responsibility. I got told the price for the lenses 155 and that was it.
