Orphan chargers

Currently packing to move house and coming across plenty of orphaned chargers. No idea what they fit.

The two obvious answers are to put them in a box and move them again or throw them away until I discover what they fit.

There must be a better solution to all of this. It’s doing my head in.

Dontcha just wish this sort of stuff was standardised.

I've 2 acer laptops, even those the chargers aren't interchangeable with each other.

Well to be fair, the mobile industry eventually got around to making the micro usb fairly standard issue, just have to wait for everyone else to catch up.

Except everything is now USB C

Which i like as my phone and chromebook chargers are now interchangeable

USB Type C is great - my MacBook and Samsung S9 charge from the same connection. Fantastic.

My new phone (when it arrives) is USB C.
Pretty much everything else I own is on a normal USB, I now need to buy more cables

When I have a charger to chuck out I take it to my friends house and hide it somewhere , he’s a bit ocd and it really winds him up when he finds it

yes but the USB-c charge plugs into USB!
