I don't like lying in bed, I have to take the dog out before I go to the range as well.

The cat decided that 04.30 was time for breakfast, I tried unsuccessfully to ignore her for half an hour then gave up and fed her. Not been able to get back to sleep ! She is now fast asleep in the sun :-(

I woke up at 0430, tried to go back to sleep but couldn't. By 0530 I'd had a shower and a coffee. Sad.

Just an early riser, always up and about by 5 a.m regardless of day of the week or plans for the day.

Personally, I think the summer solstice has a lot to answer for.

Toddler woke up at 05.10, decided she'd be better off in our bed, so long as dadda was out of there. Breakfast, PH, cleaning, a nice start to Sunday!

Why waste the day in bed?

Best time of the day is pre 7am.

yes

Always laughed as a youngster when old people said that but now I'm old, I tend to agree.

Rarely still in bed at 07.30, usually up around 06.30. Peace and quiet, nice and cool during summer and no kids getting triggered.

This ... 7am isn’t earlier at all

Even as a youngster I was always up early doors and out and about.
