Is this likely to be some kind of scam phone call?

Recently I have been called a few times from 01134 238104. When I pick up the phone I get redirected to a ringing phone, like the call has been redirected, so i have been hanging up.

I have googled the number and it doesn't appear to be linked to anybody..

Cold calling/marketing type call, yes, if not an outright scam

"Legitimate" businesses that do cold calling are no longer allowed to mask their outgoing number, hence you know what it is, and then when you answer it will direct you to whichever person in their windowless cubicle is ready to take the next call to sell you ppi/double glazing/accident management
