Spotted in Warsaw Modlin Airport last night just after the security check where you walk through the scanner and have your bag x-ray etc.

It's a 2D perspex lady wearing a (real) pink mini skirt.

Does anyone have any idea what it is?

It's a breast gauge.

Women wanting to work as stewardesses have to press their chests against it, if it lights up green they get the job.

Something to do with insurance? They have automated kiosks where you can buy last minute travel insurance.

Its a MeToo scanner. Any bloke entering Russia has to stand behind it for 2 minutes. If you cannot resist pinching or smacking the bottom it notifies the authorities that you are a 1970's Radio 1 DJ, and you are sent to the gulags for reconditioning.

The black hole is a projector and it projects a video of a lady onto the Perspex sheet.

Link4 is an insurance company here in PL. (Subsidiary of PZU) It looks like you can buy insurance from it.

On another note did you find Warsaw Modlin a little bit "league of gentleman" in terms of the staff? Decent modernish airport staffed by some rather strange people.

I guess she was off duty when we passed, I was more confused by the pink mini skirt than anything else, I guess Link4 have a pretty cool dress policy smile

The airport is an odd one, it's nice and clean, modern and very compact - it reminds me of Robin Hood up her - but you're right, it's as if they breed all the staff on site from one slightly defective source.

Apart from the waitress in the upstairs cafe / bar, she must have sneaked in.

Hologram-esque video display thing, as others have said. Various airports have them, never really seen them elsehwere before though. At Gatwick and Luton they had them to give out information about taking your liquids and sharp objects out of your bag and throwing them away.

they were ignored as much as everything else
