How long was it since you took your wife out?

I could not remember what my wife, of 25 years, favourite perfume was so I asked her.

She came back with

"It's Opium, I have loads of bottles but since we never go out i never use it "

"It's probably gone off by now ......

Now that is a classic from the Missus !

Married with kids or without ? Big difference . But think long term before you do marry them. Are they still going to give you a stiffy after 15 years etc. I you are unsure , Move along until your find one that will still look good naked years later . Dont slum it with looks .

I'd have to ask, if she has loads of bottles of opium, was it on offer? Or was she expecting a dating frenzy?

If my SWMBO's favourite perfume was Opium I'd never take her out - it's a revolting perfume IMHO and makes my stomach heave. SiL used to wear it, or bath in it and I ended up buying it off her to pour down the bog, I really really hate it.

And I take my SWMBO out every day, I'm not allowed out on my own, I might buy something

As a couple, once a week, to a pub or restaurant for eats and drinks.
On my own after work, a couple of times a week.

At least twice a month, usually four. Two to a restaurant for dinner and two to a local wine bar and tapas we like.

We also go for hikes and cycle rides together and take at least one day a month to go out and explore somewhere new.
