Thick jumper recommendations

My go to thick jumper has lunched itself in the wash and looking at John Lewis/ MS they are all thin jumpers. Any recommendations plesase?

I had similar issue last year. After hunting around I found GAP has a good selection of thick heavy jumpers. They seem decent quality and have held their shape well. Reasonably priced too.

I've been pleasantly surprised with my superdry jumper of a year or two ago.
It appeared to be a perfectly ordinary thickish jumper, but over time it's 'matured'. I don't know whether it's wearing or washing that's done it, but it's worn in very well. Definitely my go-to jumper on frosty, early morning dog walks.

Doesn't need to be thick, like wearing a comfy heated blanket but without the weight.

TK Maxx, and be prepared to dig through the jumble sale. There's some perfectly nice stuff there, at decent prices.

... although far and away my longest lasting and warmest jumper is a 12-15 year old Arc'teryx one, which certainly wasn't cheap at the time, but has proved its worth.

I also like the look of Barbour's jumpers, they're next on my list - straightforward, classic designs, and hopefully as well made as the rest of their stuff.

Norwegian army shirts are also fantastically warm... although not the most attractive thing to wear (the trousers even more so!)

Get a genuine Guernsey from the Guensey shop. No doubt you can find it online. Make sure you get a wool one.

Poor lad. Super dry stopped being fashionable around 8 years ago and is now worn by 40 year old men in a desperate bid to somehow make themselves look cool.

I always thought about a Guernsey jumper, oiled and hand made, never found one on the web as I guess that people make them rather than get involved with internet for sales. Word of mouth keeps them busy.

I bought mine on Guernsey from a shop by the Marina. It was called the Guernsey Shop the item itself has a label which states 'made in the British Isles'.
It's classic blue and very heavy.

My brother wears his Guernsey a lot, he's had it years and I don't think its ever been washed, they seem to be self-cleaning You can buy them online, guernseywoollens.com
