Wife wants to invite friend over to stay at Christmas. Husband is frosty about it. Additional information dropped in as thread continues.

I'm thankful he is understanding as she has no one else to share Christmas with.
We are all good friends now. I'm glad he is mature and kind enough to see passed our former relationship and allow us to be friends.Also when my ex was still my girlfriend she was fine with DH coming round for Christmas and spending the whole week with us.
Though I know we are an unusual situation but just proving that strong, platonic friendships can happen."

I'll be honest. Thread was awaste of time and I was waiting for the juicy info the entire time. No pregnancy, no stds, no nothing. Its mumsnet surely you can find something better.

There's one running at the moment, woman at swimming pool with her 2 y/o son. She's not swimming, he's going into a lesson. She takes him into the men's changing rooms, because he's a boy obviously!
And is then appalled to find men in there....bloody naked, the disgusting pervs!
She got her arse well and truly handed to her on a plate by the MN collective.
