Is it possible to send an electronic Amazon gift voucher to someone’s mobile number?
The only contact details I have for the recipient that I want to send it to is their mobile number.

Copy and paste the serial number. It’s somewhat impersonal but does the trick.

Just a code isn't it? Email it to yourself and cut and paste the code into a text message?

Send it as a photograph first. You could text it so they can just copy and paste it.
