..Im looking to buy my daughter a ride on car for her Birthday soon, with a parent remote.

i've had my eye on outdoortoys.co.uk for quite some time but the reviews on the website seem a little.. fabricated? although i could be jumping the gun. A further google search reveals some interesting things about the parent company.

there is also electricrideoncars.co.uk. Generally I get their pretty cheap to buy and will inevitably break at some point... if it lasts a year i'd be happy, but would like to buy from someone that im likely to get an issue sorted.

anyone have any recommendations/feedback/experience?

Smyths are pretty damn good to be honest? We’ve always got all our ride ons from there, I’ve got three boys. At Christmas we bought an ATV from there for the 3 year old and it’s pretty damn good. Hope that helps

I bought our daughter the blue TTRS from OutdoorToys for her 2nd birthday as she wanted to “be like mummy”

She is now 5 and it’s still going strong.

Battery lasts well, reasonable charge time, decent range, built in music player etc...

We never used the remote control facility but did test it and it seemed to work well.

There is a little bit of self assembly required but it’s not difficult. I’d recommend them a day long.

No recent experience but years ago when my lads were young I used to buy from classie chassis and remember getting very impressive service they have been in business since 1958 and are still going today.as I say I haven’t used them for maybe 15 yrs but may be worth a look
