What positives can we take from all this coronaviris faff?

Everyone is clearly focusing on the negatives of this outbreak and over reaction, but what advantages may come when it’s all blown over?
I think, a lot of companies who up till now have been against working from home and obsessed with
Presenteeism but are now suddenly letting people do it may realise that it actually works very well, and that in turn will reduce the amount of people pointlessly commenting to a office everyday and reduce traffic
It could also lead to more people realising they can actually do their jobs outside of 9/5 hours which again would reduce pressure on the roads and in households where both parents work, could easily reduce costs of child care.
I imagine more people will enjoy the UK instead of going abroad, and this may stick.
Hopefully a increase in checking in on people around you
What else good could come of it? Apart from reduction in the population.

I neighbour from just up the road who I vaguely recognized knocked on my door early yesterday eve to ask if I wanted to be part of a WhatsApp group about it. I think it's nice to meet neighbours and learn their names. Not that I can remember her name. It's written down somewhere. I'm now positive I don't want to sing patriotic songs nor take part in exercise classes on my balcony. However, having a couple of small horses in the house could be fun.
As someone in a flat with no balcony and neighbours I do not want to spend any amount of time with, I think it has cemented my decision to move to a house.After a week I think I would be crying out for a balcony and some life going on outside. Really only a very, very tangential element, but the economic fallout from CV will totally swamp whatever the economic impact of Brexit would have been. No idea how it will pan out, but I suspect it may focus minds and result in an FTA which both can live with. I can’t see either side having the capacity for a slug fest in the Brexit negs.
If people I know are like others then the productivity is not likely to have improved a lot when working at home!

Unless it does get postphoned it surely means a hard brexit now, as there is absolutely no way to negotiate a deal in the current situation by the end of the year.Wife not well at all, I'm stuck at home for 2 weeks with a 3 year old and a 5 year old, work are sending my cad workstation home with a colleague, not sure when I'm going to have time to do any of that, I'll just have to do 7pm-2am workdays 
On the plus side, the kids are pretty good at handing me tools so all those shelves and pictures I keep meaning to put up are going to get sorted.
