Spanish to English translation on live broadcast,possible?

Im on a vehicle technician course just now,the diagnostic/programming tool i have has virtually no instruction manual.
Luckily a company on facebook has started a training course which is going to he broadcast live on youtube in a few hours,however,its going to be in Spanish.
In this wonderful digital age is there anyway of getting any live translation of this(or delayed translation later?)?Sounds unlikely but you never know,thanks in advance!
