Help With Medal Ribbons

Afternoon all.

During yesterday's celebrations, my neighbour was showing us his father's war medals. There is a spare ribbon which can be seen in the tin. Would anyone happen to know what it may have been off, and has he put the ribbons on the medals correctly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
