Looks like earbud covers of some sort. If you find they are small, and large, the medium ones are on the earbuds. If all three, folks are using bare earphones, and might be quite grateful for them. If you no longer use in ear headphones, bin them
Thanks muchly to the gents above I think your bob on. Its years since I used in ear phones - your meaning the ones that for me hurt a lot. Again thanks just couldnt place them.
