Help with Disabled / Wheelchair Question

I am about to open Dinosaur adventure golf and have been asked is our facility wheelchair accessible / suitable for wheelchairs and other similar disabled questions.

I am not really sure how to respond. We have made sure there is 1.2m wide clearance around obstacles, but that may involve going up a slight bank. The last hole is an incline (as the ball disappears), but you can get around it, but maybe not play the last hole (bit crap I know)
The site itself has flat access and disabled toilets etc.

I could say not suitable for wheelchairs to make life easy but I feel people could get around, depending on their accessibility.
How do I word it so as not to get myself in trouble over accessibility? Any suggestions?

under the DDA someone could/will make a claim that you are not making provision for them,
dont say not suitable, try a more woolly term,
to comply you will need hardstandings etc cocking up the whole/hole thing.

I'd hold off opening until you work out accessibility issues. I suggest engaging a specialist consultancy, as you are are entering a legal minefield regarding accessibility (I seem to recall a case of a theme park having to spend many thousands of £s to make a toilet adequate).
