As it says. Has the penny dropped on something you’d already thought or has something new happened you never realised

I’ve got lots.

One of them is that frontline staff are horrendously under appreciated by customers and employers.

Also people in the country are weak and love to moan.

Lots more but that’s a start.

Any more?

Whereas I didn't have an issue with them before, cyclists have really started to get on my nerves.

Whilst I was taught many years ago that all too many people are sheep, I now see it all too clearly.

That society is more resilient than I thought. When it was starting I was overseas and separated from my family. I was genuinely concerned that it would come to complete societal breakdown, especially once the riots in London started and all the panic buying, I figured the rest of the country was only a matter of weeks behind. Once I flew home though it was soon evident that it was all a bit of fuss over nothing (not the virus itself I should add). There was no immediate threat to our safety and people were just getting on with it. I have since been back overseas and have no such concerns anymore.

That after 40 years of smoking it is possible to stop.
Not so much as a drag since 31st March.

That, at 60 this year, I started the pandemic barely able to run 3 - 4 km. last weekend did a half marathon - 22 km. (well I did 18 km , stopped for a picnic lunch, and did the final 4 km after lunch ! )

I'd like to retire.

But I'm 33 with no money so I can't.

It’s not a nice feeling when your and your wife’s income stops instantly with no idea when it will restart and no government help.

That I'm really not fussed about leaving my property, apart from to walk the dogs.

I love my pubs and my meals out but yet now I have the chance again I'm oddly ambivalent.

Media is more full of st and hate than I previously thought. Same with social media, hadn’t realised what a vile cesspit of humankind it is.

Even a pandemic cannot bring politicians together, they’re still backstabbing and trying to score points even when this is going on frown

I love being home and cant wait to retire I’m 35 but should be able to in 10 years all being well. I have far too much stuff we don’t need. We also had our first child during lockdown

How much I enjoy my job.

Sure I complain about it if the boss piles on the pressure, but I actually miss it. Never thought I'd see myself saying that.

One word removed (social) and this is definitely one of mine.

Another is how adaptable to our situation we are as human beings. I missed my normal life for the first few weeks but no longer really crave much from before anymore (eating out, pubs, shopping etc), it’s quite a strange feeling and economically worrying.

Not me I am retired, but I reckon many have realised the rat race is not all it is cracked up to be.

And I have, prior to the lockdown, been spending about £600 per month more to live than I really need to.
