Wine, women and song related? Necessities I'm thinking.
For me its tyres closely followed by tools.
Even with hard use tyres are likely to last 10k miles at least and you get the benefit every time you drive.
I will always try to get the best deal but I've never thought 'I wish I got cheap tyre x and saved £200'.

Def tools for me.
The good lady asked me to put a blind up for her last week but had no drill bits. Ordered a case of 50 Bosch ones from Screwfix for only £25 quid. Money well spent. Plus bought a Dewalt 3Ah cordless hammer drill when on offer a couple of years ago for £120 with quick charger and two batteries. Love it. Made easy work of the bricks.

Business class air travel. For short haul leisure travel I draw the line at an extra £50 each way but if a deal is available I'll take it. When I arrive at the airport weeks or months later I can barely remember how much extra I spent so I don't miss it. When I go through fast track security and enjoy a drink in the lounge I don't think about how much I could have saved any more than when checking into a decent hotel I start wondering if it would have been more sensible to pitch a tent in a field somewhere.
Tools
For power tools I usually buy Bosch professional - even though they don't get loads of wear, they are a pleasure to use, and you can always get spare bits - recently replaced the sanding pad in a 15 year old orbital sander, and friction plate in a belt sander the same age.
Camera Kit
Especially quality lenses. As a Canon user, I have 3 x "L" lenses and a Sigma of similar sharpness. Nice to know if the photos are not great, it's not the equipment that is at fault!
Cars, obviously. Also a bit on shooting and fishing accessories. Tools are a major weakness. I buy some exotic timbers for my woodturning occasionally. I'm also a slingshot building and shooting enthusiast so I l spend a bit on the latest elsatics etc. Also like to treat myself to a decent chunk of steak occasionally.
