Timberland Boots - Leather Care

I've treated myself to a new pair of Earthkeepers as they're half price at the moment plus 10% off.

My current pair are seven years old but still going strong except the leather is looking a little dried out at the flex points.

There are tons of different leather care products so any suggestions on something that will feed the leather and perhaps bring some of the original finish back?

There are videos on YouTube of everything from pastes to people literally brushing "neatsfoot oil" in with a paintbrush.

For all the fancy formulas you still cant beat some dubbin and elbow grease.

Kind of what I was getting at.

Doesn't need to be expensive just needs to sort the boots!

Does dubbin soak in and soften or just layer up on the surface?

It will soak in and soften. It has a wax element so may be slightly shiny but will mellow. Just make sure the boots are warm and dry before applying.
