Anyone know what this symbolism means?

My MiL has found this old tile. It is possibly Victorian or older but does anyone know the meaning of the symbols?

I thought maybe Masonic or even something to do with chemists. It was found less than 50 meters from Malvern Priory. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I was thinking Alpha Phi Omega?

Middle symbol is the ‘Chi Rho’, early form of a christogram
Other symbol is Omega.
