Covid: how can I find a partner?

As I understand it, it is illegal for single people to form a new (distanced) relationship and then move it on to the 'next level'; I assume this is because you can't 'bubble' with a stranger unless you are both hermits or hermitesses and are currently unbubbled; I realise that finding a hermitess on Plenty of Fish is fairly unlikely. Whilst the Police say they won't burst in to your bedroom and drag you naked in to the street for shagging I believe they can if they fancy doing so. Is part of the government's Covid policies some sort of population control and how long do they think they can continue this situation bearing in mind sex is what proverbially makes the world go round.
Show me a glimmer of hope and save me from becoming a Pornhub addict. I look forward to the usual mouthy keyboard warriors calling me a w
ker (too late lads, I know I'm one already) but some sensible and other witty comments will be appreciated if only to alleviate my boredom.
Note: I put this in NP&E as I've been following the other anti-lockdown /mask etc threads and enjoyed many of the contributions.

This is patently not the case:
it's either
a) some rotational energy imparted when the planets were formed in a swirling aggregation of gas and dust, or
b) money.

Well, behind a fixed penalty will be a proper offence, for which a court penalty can be applied. That said, I think the OP is taking the spirit of the times a little to seriously, and a sensibly progressed relationship is fine if reasonable early precautions are taken.

Of course you need to find out some way to make sure you're "connecting with" the right person, and not with her ugly mate, or a fat trucker called Steve who's created a fake profile. Although you could always say "any hole's a goal"...
