I recently bought a Chinese wok which came with a set of instructions every bit as unintelligible as these examples. It was not a cheap item, and I was a bit miffed that the manufacturer did not see fit to provide a competently written booklet.
I showed it to my son, and his theory was that it was a managing director's son job. After all, everybody knows he speaks excellent English, and who would dare to contradict?
