Do we have a future predictions thread?

With all the craziness going on in the world right now I thought it would be a fun idea to have a thread where we could post our predictions for the future and then look back in years to come to see how wrong (or right!) we were. Who wants to play? 
Predictions can be anything you want.
Rules:
1. no post deletions to save face and no post editing after 24 hours.
2. if you disagree with anyone's predictions(s) you have to post your own prediction to counter it.
I will start the ball rolling.
Coronavirus:
1. Mask wearing to be compulsory outdoors by the end of the year.
2. Pubs will be forced to close by the end of the September.
3. The testing (which I believe is a DNA harvesting exercise) is the precursor to a biometric DNA ID card/app.
4. The vaccine will be the only end to mask wearing.
5. The vaccine will be part of the biometric DNA ID card/app and you will have to prove your immunity in order to travel cross-border, access businesses like supermarkets, access concerts/sporting events. I predict it will probably work in the form of a QR matrix code which you will scan on a reader at the entrance. There will be facial recognition scanners to prevent fraud.
6. A biometric DNA ID on your phone will become a requirement for a job and will have a built-in distancing app which will sound an alarm if you get too close to a colleague.
7. The vaccine will require a 'booster' or 'top-up' several times per year and your current immunity status will show on your phone or, if an ID card, it will have an expiry date. Once it's expired you'll be refused entry.
8. The early vaccines will be nothingburgers and not have any side effects. Every news channel and government across the world will be endlessly wheeling out health "experts" to tell us how safe they are and people of all colours and creeds will be paid to be interviewed by BBC, CNN etc and say how wonderful they feel.
9. Once everyone has taken their 'vaccines are absolutely safe' kool-aid, the vaccine content will change and people will experience horrific side effects and life-changing disabilities (see the recent vaccine experiments in India and Africa). Any posting of these side effects on social media platforms will be quickly deleted as "misinformation" by "fact-checkers".
The above ID 'system' will lead to :
10. the introduction of a Chinese-style social credit system and payment system like WeChat or Alipay, with restrictions imposed on your freedom of movement if your score doesn't meet an arbitrary figure, eg. denial of travel by train or plane if your social credit score is too low from criticising the government or letting your vaccination top-up lapse, for example.
Money:
11. Cash will no longer be accepted as payment by all but minor retailers by the end of 2021.
12. There will be fake news stories about coin shortages due to mints being closed because of coronavirus outbreaks amongst staff, ergo can't produce any coins so retailers can't give you any change for your notes. I foresee requests to "help" them out with this alleged coin shortage problem by taking any coins you have to the bank in exchange for a credit on your account, or spending them at a retailer, whereby the coins will be taken out of circulation to speed up the agenda to get rid of cash.
13. A digital government controlled crypto currency or "token" will replace the pound and dollar and will be stored in a digital wallet on your phone which the government will have access to and the authority to alter the amount as they see fit.
14. Interest rates will go negative within 5 years of this system being in place to prevent savers from hoarding money and instead to forced to spend it or lose it.
All the above to be in place and in use by April 2025.
Precious metals:
Gold spot : £1800, silver spot : £25 by the end of this year.

Who wants to go next?
I predict lots of staff will work from home, the roads and rail network will become quieter. Many thousands will suffer mental problems due to lack of social intercourse with others. Marriages will fail. Cheap air travel is a thing of the past.
People who come up with huge ( much longer than mine) lists of predictions will find themselves in long-term mental institutions.

The rest of the list.....well, all the repeat compulsory vaccination / health cards/ biometric ID stuff is being trotted out as neccessary and desirable by the likes of Gates and Blair. The media and specificaly the BBC give them a cosy platform to drip feed their message of ‘no normality for the little people without a vaccine and an up to date covipass’ completely unchallenged.
Digital currency tokens - it is going to happen. Covid is going to enable speeding up the mandatory introduction of a government / world bank / BIS controlled platform. Will free market alternatives like BitCoin be outlawed......because criminals? Yes. The last thing governments can tolerate is the use of a currency which acts as a store of value, they need the inflation tax to maintain a pretence of solvency.
Will the government be able to look at and adjust your token ‘wallet’ ? Of course, look at what MTD legislation allows them to do to small business bank accounts.
Censorship through ‘fact checkers’ and cries of ‘fake news’ for inconvenient truth? I think we have plenty of that already. In fact it makes us very easy to control and confuse, just add an item of missinformation or two and magically once that is proven false, other unhelpful beliefs / sources or platforms can be easily discedited. The media narrative is already very tightly controlled.
A social score / priveledge system ? Why not? Surely it would be desirable for the overall benefit of a more equal and fair society !!
Timetable? The only thing on your list which is unsure IMO, the rest of it......we are already being primed for. Those who wish these draconian changes on society are ramping up their visions of ‘new normal’ and greatly emboldened by the huge success of ‘lockdown’......a term I had only ever thought aplied to prison populations.

Seems like a fun idea, but maybe I'm blurring the line between hope and prediction a little:
1. Medical advances will include slowing and potentially reversing the aging process;
2. Space travel, including the colonisation of the moon and Mars, will become increasingly seen as essential to the long term survival of the species. We won't find intelligent life, but tension between different colonies (as with nations now) will grow;
3. Virtual reality tech will eventually inside being able to replicate a sense of touch and smell though influencing the mind, rather than replicating the actual sensation.

I'd offer some predictions of my own but 2020 has been so off the chart already even if I predicted the most outrageous things I could imagine it's likely I'd be right on a few
I'm gonna go with before the end of 2020 the "world" is going to realise that we are going to have to live with CV-19 just like we've learnt to live with the flu
Now for me the big question is the "world" going to wake up before those "in power" do...... It's going to be messy if that happens

I don't disagree with a word of it (I don't understand all of it, but that's another matter.)
I do love a good conspiracy theory. That one ticks quite a few of the boxes.
