Recommend me some new slippers!

So these are my Barbour slippers after 18 months and three sets of insoles:



Can anyone please recommend some similar slippers, with or without a wky label, which might last a little longer?

If you can get over the name, actually propper non-fake Ugg slippers last years at a cost of around £100...I've had a pair since 2013 that I'm only now needing to replace as the internals are well worn.

There are some styles that don't look much like those infamous Ugg boots to avoid any negative feeling you might have.

Had some north face ones too which are basically the same. Really warm and comfortable though they don't last ages (and I don't daily them/give them much foot time ).

The dragon bought me some Black leather Ugg slippers a year gone Christmas, really good quality, but I still miss my tatty old M&S slippers that had virtually no insulation in them and the heels were folded over. Hi

I have the green tartan version of those and they're still going strong after 4 years. I wear them a lot but yours look absolutley trashed in comparison.

The Mrs has Ugg ones that are lasting well.

I've had the same, or very similar, Barbour ones in brown and they lasted me about 12 months.

Currently have a pair of Celtic & Co 'golf mocassins'. Their stuff is generally very good.

I have a pair of those Barbour slippers and they’ve lasted me years! Starting to wear out now so have bought a pair of Drapers of Glastonbury which seem nice.

I have some of these, they don't get vast amounts of use so no idea as to durability but they'll definitely keep your feet warm.

Looks like i have a similar problem to the OP, my slippers disintegrate within a couple of months, due to the amount my feet sweat.

I've found the best solution is to not buy slippers, so now by M&S espadrilles and wear those as slippers.

Much harder wearing and the foot pad doesnt disintegrate (so far).

Uggs here. I have a pair of these. Must be on my 3rd or 4th pair. Wear them all day when in the house/working from home

Another vote for the (genuine) Ugg ones. I have the sheepskin moccasin style and am 4 years in and other than the sheepskin being a bit 'crushed' they are good as new.

Far from it mate! I intend on wearing these to death and seen as I have arthritis and problems with circulation they offer me decent value for money considering the benefits.

Slippers fall apart and smell. I have worn a pair of crocs everyday around the house for 2 years without problem.
