Multi-talented PHer's

There seem to be a lot of PH members that are experts in multiple subjects.
There are people who are simultaneously pilots, coastguards, RNLI, run NHS trusts, web developers, run charities, run NHS projects, databases, car mechanics, Joiners, electricians and most importantly directors of multiple companies.
The funny thing is they also seem to spend all day every day posting on PH from early in the morning to very late in the evening.
How is this possible?

I'm a director, and an engineer, and a guitarist, and a drummer, and a bagpiper and a violinist, I can swing a spanner fairly well, weld a bit, etc.

But I'd never proclaim to be an expert at any of those things. Well, maybe my specific branch of engineering, but I'm more of a jack of all trades, master of **** all

Some people are just genuinely gifted at things. Or they take the time to practice until they just make it look easy.

My instinct is that people who need to shout about their expertise to all and sundry are generally bullstters. PH attracts all sorts and there are obviously some incredibly talented and fascinating people who post here, but a good many shouty & obnoxious people too.

I really enjoy reading the forums but don't post all that much because in a lot of ways its really not worth the hassle. I don't have the time or inclination to get drawn into prolonged and ultimately pointless arguments over stuff.
