What are you doing for Christmas and New Year?

Given the circumstances we're in, what plans do you have for Christmas and New Year? Will it be business as usual for you or has the Covid situation had a major impact on your plans?

For me, I'm hoping it will be business as usual over Christmas with the exception of visiting extended family.

New Year - probably end up doing absolutely nothing but it's not usually that great anyway, regardless of whether there are restrictions in place or not.

The same as every year, looking forward to 2nd of January, the greatest day of the year.

How many on here are happy the restrictions are in place and will be insisting this is the reasons for not wanting to go to visit relatives!

A friend asked me today whether I was having my mother for Christmas dinner.

I said "No, it'll probably be turkey again like last year!"

Will depend on what they announce tomorrow in terms of tiers.

With what’s been announced so far, all I can see is lockdown 3 happening in January.
