When did euro car parts free delivery stop

Went to order a few little bits and saw that it’s no longer free

Was always surprised you could order a bulb for 50p and get 40% off and still get free delivery!

Now £15

Will be interesting to see if it improves their service.

I stopped buying anything I wasn’t happy to write off and bin if they got it wrong ( which was often)

If you spend over a certain amount (£50 I think) it's still free. I ordered an item for c.£150 last week and it still hadn't arrived four days later and was threatened to take up to seven days more. I kicked up a stink and asked if I could cancel and get my refund immediately. They said 3-7 working days which annoyed me somewhat as they took the money in less than 24 hours. In the end I drove to the third nearest branch to collect a dusty specimen that had obviously been in stock for a while as this was the only one in stock anywhere in a 20 mile radius.

I prefer to treat ECP as more of an adult car enthusiasts lucky dip. Go in select an item pay some money and then enjoy the suspense of finding out what random artifact they throw into the box. Livens up a boring day no end. Especially exciting if your car is in 100 peices and you crucially need your selected item, the joy when you open the box to discover some other no doubt ecstatic persons order
