... it ain’t stupid. How

Thought I’d post this to try and share ideas on how something you do/done is truly stupid, but in reality, it works/worked...

I’ve put on a few kgs over Christmas, as no doubt most of us have. A few google searches later and I landed on Amazon, looking at sweat suits.... After determining that they are nothing but fancy plastic, the last two days have seen me work out with a black bag over my T-shirt and under my hoodie. The result is -1.3kgs and sweat pouring off me. I feel great. Now I’m not silly, I know it’s water weight, but equally my measurements have also gone down- I’m also making sure I stay hydrated and drink electrolytes whilst working out.
All told, it seems my man maths is stupid, my wife is vaguely worried that I might pass out or something, but it’s working...

Do you care to share something stupid that may make other people shake their heads, but actually works for you…?

When I used to go to mixed martial arts gyms many years ago, I seen more than one person collapsing from using bin bags to cut weight laugh

They needed to do it to get paid the following evening though. I don't think you should be doing it for vanity reasons...

Blimey.
