Gets you out of the house and you can do it alone or as part of a group.

LEGO, maybe not so great for the body but good for the mind and for relaxation and stress relief.

I bought a cheap 125 motorbike; pulled it apart and restored it, then another and now doing another (8 months so far), enjoy doing them, good fun to ride and appreciating a little at the moment.

Inline skating
Running
Relaxing and listening to music or watching YouTube while playing games on my phone.

Surprisingly, I do actually do all of the above in rotation, obviously some activities take priority over others.

Birdwatching.

Used to do it with me aunt and uncle in the 1980s.

Start of this year physio said I need to loose weight and walk more to prevent a knee injury getting worse so I resurrected the hobby.

Despite lockdown, and only being in the county I live in and two adjacent counties, I racked up 204 species in 2020 and walked 3027 miles and lost 17 lbs!
